4. Telehealth & Results Release
You agree to receive clinical consultations by telehealth. Your personalised digital report and plan are released following your results consultation.
5. Clinical Discretion & Suitability
Participation, referrals, and optional extras are subject to clinical appropriateness. We follow a standard clinician?led testing framework, tailored to your context and consent.
6. Fees & Billing
- Current baseline program fee: AU$5,999 (includes platform access, clinician review, coordination, result handling, mandatory telehealth consult, and your personalised report/plan).
- Optional Pre?Test Info Session: AU$79 (credited toward the program if you proceed).
- Ongoing surveillance and future re?testing are quoted separately; partner labs/imaging may be billed through our service.
7. Optional Extras & Pricing
Optional extras are clinician?guided and added when appropriate (e.g., pharmacogenomics, imaging). Final recommendations and pricing are confirmed by a clinician before payment.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
